It has a TS film coating with much greater oxidation resistance and hardness than conventional films, resulting in a longer operational life and is ideal for high speed machining / dry machining.
An end mill consisting of a strong twisting end mill with added radius for machining high hardness steel.
The tool has high rigidity, reducing the chances of tool breakage to a minimum level when cutting side surfaces.
It is capable of machining high hardness steel up to 65 HRC.
The radial blade tip is also useful to prevent chipping.
